What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model. For custom OEM/ODM projects, MOQ starts from 100 pieces. We can accommodate sample orders for evaluation.

What is the lead time?

Stock items ship within 7 days. Custom orders take 25-35 days from order confirmation. Bulk orders (1000+ units) typically take 35-45 days. All timelines exclude shipping.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We provide full OEM (your logo on our designs) and ODM (custom design from scratch) services. Our R&D team supports custom dimensions, colors, light temperatures, smart features, and packaging.

What certifications do your products have?

All ORZELUX products carry CE, RoHS, IP65/IP66, and FCC certifications. Specific products also have IEC, SAA (Australia), and SASO (Saudi Arabia) certifications. Test reports available upon request.

What is the warranty period?

We offer a 5-year warranty on all standard products. Smart APP series carries a 3-year warranty. Defective units are replaced free of charge within the warranty period (excluding shipping).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit) for orders above $10,000, Western Union, and PayPal for sample orders. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.

Do you ship internationally? What about DDP?

Yes. We ship to 60+ countries via sea, air, and express. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. DDP is recommended for first-time importers - we handle customs and delivery to your door.
